  • Experience in CS & PS KPI Analysis
  • Understand PS/EPC & CS/IMS Call flow
  • CEM Platform maintenance
  • CEM SOC operation
  • CEM function and feature deployment
  • Experience in Data Mining, Modelling and Analysis
  • Big Data(Hadoop) knowledge
  • Event Assurance Report
  • Network KPI & Service KQI Monitoring, Handling &Reporting
  • Network KPI & Service KQI Degradation L2 analysis, Handling &Reporting
  • Services (OTT) Quality & TCP Analysis
  • Routine Platform health check and monitoring &reporting
  • Proactive Regulatory &Benchmark tests
  • Proactive VVIP care support to RMs
  • Linux OS Server Administration capability.
  • Knowledge of Data flow in SEQ/SEP platform.
  • Good knowledge in SQL commands, python is a plus.
  • IP Networking and Database Administration.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or any related qualification will be an advantage
  • Have a 10 years’ experience site planning and optimisation
  • Expert with network KPI’s and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation and reporting skills (written and verbal)
  • Dependable Team Player
  • Proficient in use of MS Office tools (particularly Word, Excel, and Access).
