Perform the duties of a Food Tech. Engineer / Food Production Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervision of Plant food manufacturing processes.
- Making sure SOP are followed at food production unit.
- Ensuring Quality of FG (Both in terms of Raw material and Packing material.
- Training the workers and other Jnr staff on the job about the correct right food manufacturing process.
- Handling of Manpower working at plant.
- Other Jobs at plant production requirement.
Qualification and Requirements
- The Ideal candidate must hold a minimum of a good HND in Engineering or Food science discipline
- Candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience (experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage)
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety
