Smile Laundry is searching for a Laundry Manager for an immediate employment

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

The duties that candidate will be responsible for

  • Overseeing the operations of the laundry facility and ancillary services
  • Developing new business opportunities with clients from small to large requirements in line with market segment objectives
  • Adherence to operational health and safety standards and international best practices
  • Managing the laundry operations cost effectively
  • Overseeing the procurement and supply of industrial chemicals and products, assets and machinery for the operating facility
  • Manpower resourcing and training & development
  • Reporting to Directors

Job Requirement

Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess

  • 5-8 years commercial laundry experience gained from supervising laundry and dry cleaning operations, marketing laundry services and growing a laundry business
  • Experience with working with clients in hotels, retail, hospitals and commercial businesses
  • Financial management with the ability to prepare and manage budgets and costs
  • Manage a marketing plan Candidate Profile:
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Aged between 35 -48 years
  • Have a driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Effective leadership and management experience
